Claim your chapter admin accountThe first step to getting up and running on the memberplanet platform is to claim your administrative account. Selecting the button below will ask you to provide your memberplanet email address, which will then provide a confirmation email for you to finalize the account claim process.

Set up your local duesThe Southern Region has already set up chapter dues templates under Membership Levels for each chapter. Each chapter is required to update their templates to match their local dues for the 2021-2022. Please see link below for instructions on how to update your dues in memberplanet.

Check your member databaseThe Southern Region has worked with memberplanet to place members into the correct chapter. However, we need your assistance to help verify that all were added correctly. Please make sure that all of your members are in your database. If they are not, please add them so that your chapter memberplanet reflects your current membership. Don’t delete any members from your chapter just yet! Just make sure to add members that are not in your database.

Launch your own chapter websiteWith a pre-populated template - members can visit your site to stay up to date on networking events, fundraising campaigns, and chapter and sorority info.
